MyndBoosters AI is an AI-powered product that allows users to submit text, voice, images, video, uploaded files, prompts, instructions, and other materials for processing, analysis, transformation, generation, automation, or other user-requested tasks.

The Service may include:

• Text processing.
• Voice or audio processing.
• Image processing.
• Video processing.
• File analysis.
• Document conversion.
• Summarization.
• Extraction.
• Search.
• Classification.
• Translation.
• Generation.
• Workflow automation.
• Integrations with third-party services.
• API access.
• Other AI-assisted features.

We may modify, suspend, improve, limit, or discontinue features from time to time.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping login credentials secure.

This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law, security, backup, dispute, or compliance obligations.

We do not use User Content to train, fine-tune, improve, develop, or teach AI models.

These Terms do not grant us any right to use your User Content for AI model training or learning.

If we ever offer an optional training or improvement program, participation will require a separate, clear, affirmative opt-in.

The Service may generate outputs in response to your inputs.

As between you and MyndBoosters AI, you may use outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party rights.

You understand that:

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or unsuitable.
• Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
• Outputs may not be unique.
• Outputs may require human review.
• You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
• Outputs should not be used as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

We do not guarantee that outputs are correct, lawful, non-infringing, or appropriate for your use case.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Generate or distribute malware, phishing, spam, or harmful code.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Service.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
• Create deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Generate unlawful surveillance, profiling, or discrimination.
• Use outputs for high-risk decisions without appropriate human review and legal compliance.
• Submit content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, or intended to cause harm.

We may investigate and take action against misuse, including content removal, account suspension, termination, or reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

Unless we expressly agree in writing, the Service is not designed for:

• Emergency services.
• Medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Legal representation.
• Financial, credit, lending, insurance, housing, employment, or education eligibility decisions.
• Biometric identification.
• Law enforcement decision-making.
• Critical infrastructure control.
• Safety-critical systems.
• Processing highly regulated data that requires special contractual safeguards.

You are responsible for determining whether your use requires additional legal, regulatory, contractual, or security controls.

By default, User Content and intermediate processing data may be retained for up to 30 days to support:

• Service delivery.
• Traceability.
• Security.
• Abuse prevention.
• Ethical review.
• Debugging.
• User support.
• Auditability.

You may override the default retention period where supported by the Service, your plan, or your organization settings.

When you delete content or close your account, we will delete associated User Content from active systems according to our Privacy Policy, unless retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing, or compliance.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, such as cloud providers, AI infrastructure, storage platforms, payment processors, analytics tools, and user-connected applications.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Some features may require payment.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay applicable fees.
• Provide accurate billing information.
• Authorize recurring charges where applicable.
• Pay taxes where required.
• Comply with plan limits.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in your plan terms.

We may change prices with notice where required.

We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design, interfaces, systems, models, documentation, trademarks, and other proprietary materials.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

Feedback does not include your User Content unless you expressly submit it as feedback.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• We are required to do so by law.
• Your account is inactive for an extended period, subject to notice where required.
• We discontinue the Service.

You may close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended to survive will continue.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security.

We do not guarantee that:

• Outputs will be accurate or complete.
• Content will be preserved indefinitely.
• The Service will meet your requirements.
• The Service is suitable for regulated, high-risk, or safety-critical use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyndBoosters AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid us for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
