Last updated 9 October 2026

1. Introduction

MyndBoosters AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides MyndBoosters AI, an artificial intelligence product that helps users process, analyze, transform, generate, organize, summarize, search, convert, or otherwise work with information they provide through text, voice, images, video, uploaded files, prompts, instructions, metadata, and related content.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, how we protect it, and what choices and rights users have.

Important commitment: We do not use your prompts, inputs, uploaded files, voice recordings, images, videos, documents, outputs, or other user content to train, fine-tune, improve, or otherwise teach AI models, unless you separately give us explicit written permission through a clearly labeled opt-in program.

By using MyndBoosters AI, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

For privacy questions, contact us at: manifest@myndboosters.ai

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to:

  • The MyndBoosters AI website, web application, mobile application, APIs, browser extensions, integrations, and related services.
  • User-provided content in text, voice, image, video, uploaded file, and other supported formats.
  • Account, billing, support, security, diagnostic, and usage information associated with the Service.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, platforms, or services that we do not control, even if they are linked from or integrated with the Service.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service experience, subject to the limits described in this Policy.

A. Account Information

When you create or manage an account, we may collect:

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • Organization name, if applicable.
  • Username or account identifier.
  • Password or authentication credentials, stored securely.
  • Account preferences and settings.
  • Subscription, plan, and usage-limit information.
  • Communications preferences.

B. User Inputs and Uploaded Content

When you use the Service, you may provide content in one or more formats, including:

  • Text prompts, instructions, questions, messages, notes, or pasted content.
  • Voice recordings, spoken commands, dictation, or audio files.
  • Images, screenshots, scanned documents, graphics, or visual materials.
  • Video files, clips, screen recordings, or multimedia content.
  • Uploaded documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, datasets, archives, or other files.
  • Metadata associated with files, such as filename, file type, size, format, timestamp, duration, language, or technical properties.
  • Outputs generated or returned by the Service in response to your request.

We process this content only to provide the action you requested, such as transcription, summarization, extraction, conversion, generation, classification, search, analysis, formatting, translation, editing, or other AI-assisted functionality.

C. Intermediate Processing Data

To operate the Service, we may temporarily store intermediate data created during processing. This may include:

  • Queued or cached versions of submitted content.
  • Temporary transcripts, embeddings, indexes, thumbnails, previews, extracted text, frames, or processing fragments.
  • System-generated task IDs, status logs, workflow states, and error records.
  • Security, abuse-prevention, audit, and traceability records.
  • Content fragments necessary to resume, verify, or complete a user-requested task.

Intermediate data is not used for training or learning. It is used only to deliver, secure, debug, verify, and support the Service.

D. Usage and Technical Information

We may automatically collect technical information such as:

  • IP address.
  • Device type.
  • Browser type.
  • Operating system.
  • App version.
  • Referring pages.
  • Time and date of access.
  • Feature usage.
  • Session duration.
  • API request metadata.
  • Error logs and crash reports.
  • Security events.
  • Approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Performance metrics, such as latency and processing success or failure.

We use this information for service reliability, fraud prevention, analytics, troubleshooting, and security.

E. Payment and Billing Information

If you purchase a paid plan, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not directly store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials unless expressly stated at checkout.

We may retain billing-related records such as:

  • Plan type.
  • Billing status.
  • Transaction ID.
  • Invoice history.
  • Renewal date.
  • Tax or accounting records.
  • Payment processor customer ID.

F. Support and Communications

If you contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Support messages.
  • Attachments you send.
  • Account or diagnostic information needed to resolve your request.
  • Feedback, survey responses, or product suggestions.

We use this information to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve support quality, and maintain records of our communications.

When you sign up on our website, ask for a fleet on our get-started page, or leave your details in the chat on our website or during a call with it, we ask for:

  • Your first and last name.
  • Your work email address.
  • Your company name and your job title.
  • Your company’s headcount and the country it is headquartered in.
  • How you would like us to support your business.
  • Where you heard about us, if you choose to tell us.

These details go to our team so that we can respond to your request, and we send you a short email confirming that we received it. That email contains none of the information you gave us. If you give us your email address by speaking it during a call, we do not send that confirmation, because a misheard address could reach someone else.

What you write in your own words — how you would like us to support your business, a brief, or a chat message — is erased after 12 months. Your contact details are deleted after 24 months. Ask us and we will delete either sooner.

G. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in.
  • Remember preferences.
  • Secure accounts.
  • Understand product usage.
  • Measure website performance.
  • Prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Improve the user experience.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if essential cookies are disabled.

H. Website Analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity)

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, and Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft, to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited, how long visits last, and how people click and scroll through a page.

Neither tool is loaded until you choose “Accept All” in our cookie banner. If you choose “Reject All”, or do not respond, your browser does not contact Google or Microsoft through our website and no analytics cookies are set.

If you accept, these tools may set their own cookies and collect information such as the pages you view, your interactions with them, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. Microsoft Clarity is configured to mask the text you type into forms and chat on our website.

We record your choice in a single local storage entry on your device so that we do not ask you again. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer.

4. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

A. To Provide the Service

We process user content and account information to:

  • Receive and understand your request.

  • Comply with applicable law.
  • Respond to valid legal process.
  • Enforce our agreements.
  • Protect rights, safety, and property.

5. No AI Training or Learning From User Content

We do not use user content to train, fine-tune, improve, develop, benchmark, or teach AI models.

This commitment applies to:

  • Prompts.

  • Voice and audio content.
  • Images.
  • Videos.

  • Transcripts.
  • Intermediate processing data.
  • Generated outputs.
  • User-specific workflow data.

We may use aggregated, de-identified operational metrics, such as request volume, latency, error rates, or feature usage, to operate and improve the Service. These metrics do not include user content and are not used to train AI models.

If we ever offer an optional program that would allow user content to be used for model improvement, it will be separate, clearly labeled, opt-in only, and revocable.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where required by law, we rely on one or more legal bases to process personal information:

  • Performance of a contract: To provide the Service you requested.

These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and must follow contractual obligations to protect the information and not use it for their own purposes.

B. User-Directed Integrations

If you connect the Service to a third-party platform, such as cloud storage, email, calendar, messaging, productivity tools, developer tools, or business applications, we may share information as directed by you to complete the requested integration.

Your use of third-party integrations may also be governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that user data remains protected and subject to privacy commitments materially consistent with this Policy.

E. With Your Consent

We may share information with third parties when you ask us to or when you give us clear permission.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law, needed for security, or requested by you.

Backups and disaster-recovery copies are deleted or overwritten according to our normal backup lifecycle. We do not restore deleted user content from backups except where necessary for security, legal, or disaster-recovery purposes.
